Multigenerational Talk Podcast
The Multigenerational Talks Podcast are an integral part of the Multigenerational Talks live conference. The conference consists of 3 live debate talks between the Youth Delegates and a victim/witness/descendant of the former Yugoslavia conflicts. These talks will be edited into 3 podcast episodes and published on various platforms including SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. The Podcast aims to promote the sharing of experiences between generations and preserve the memory of victims or witnesses of the former Yugoslavia conflicts, and ensure these valuable discussions are preserved and can continue to educate and impact a wider audience. |
Case-Law Practical Booklet
The Case-Law Practical Booklet consists of a jurisprudence compendium focused on International Criminal Law and universal jurisdiction. It will include the analysis of relevant jurisprudence from the International Court for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and national courts. The Booklet will be designed to judges, prosecutors and lawyers, serving as a referential document for legal professionals regarding international crimes and universal jurisdiction. |
Universal Jurisdiction
Guiding Tree
The Universal Jurisdiction Guiding Tree will be designed as a comprehensive interactive infographic that will guide practitioners on the principle of universal jurisdiction, elements of crime, standard of proof, modes of liability, and other related aspects. This tool will follow a tree-style structure, branching out into different steps, obstacles, and respective solutions, making it an easily accessible, readable and visually appealing resource for justice professionals in their practice. |
Online art exhibition
The online art exhibition will display artistic representations of selected victim accounts, based on quotes from the “Voice of the Victims” ICTY program and victim/witness accounts from ICTY judgements. It will be hosted in a virtual gallery embedded in the NO-OBLIVION website, where attendees can access virtual rooms to view each piece separately and the context of the art pieces. |
