Universal Jurisdiction
Guiding Tree

The Universal Jurisdiction Guiding Tree will be designed as a comprehensive interactive infographic that will guide practitioners on the principle of universal jurisdiction, elements of crime, standard of proof, modes of liability, and other related aspects.

This tool will follow a tree-style structure, branching out into different steps, obstacles, and respective solutions, making it an easily accessible, readable and visually appealing resource for justice professionals in their practice.

Online art exhibition

The online art exhibition will display artistic representations of selected victim accounts, based on quotes from the “Voice of the Victims” ICTY program and victim/witness accounts from ICTY judgements.

It will be hosted in a virtual gallery embedded in the NO-OBLIVION website, where attendees can access virtual rooms to view each piece separately and the context of the art pieces.
