IPS_Innovative Prison Systems
Is a research and consulting firm specialising in advancing criminal justice systems, with vast experience in developing and implementing EU projects, namely in the area of judicial cooperation in criminal matters, as illustrated by their involvement in PRE-TRIAD, FAIRNESS, PRE-RIGHTS, and AWARE EAW and J-CAP. Moreover, it has experience in developing awareness-raising and supporting training materials for aiding stakeholders (namely judges and prosecutors) in their daily work. Portugal Website |
Camino – Werkstatt für Fortbildung, Praxisbegleitung und Forschung im sozialen Bereich gGmbH
Camino (CM) is a Berlin-based independent Non-Profit-Organisation, which has led and contributed to several EU-funded projects. In its activity, CM contributes to a culture of fundamental rights through a variety of capacity building and awareness raising activities. CM will lend scientific support to the overall Project and more concretely aid in assessing innovative activities therein. Their background working in several other projects in the field of fundamental rights promotion and education puts them in a particularly advantageous position to participate in NO-OBLIVION. Victim Support Europe (VSE)
Victim Support Europe (VSE) is an NGO dedicated to the establishment and development of victims’ rights throughout Europe. VSE's vast experience in EU co-funded projects puts them in a strategic position to participate in the NO-OBLIVION project. VSE's work focuses on promoting the enactment and consolidation of victims' rights, ensuring their recognition, respect, and protection (especially from secondary victimization), and facilitating full access to justice at the national and European level. Documenta – Centre for Dealing with the Past (DOC)
Documenta (DOC) is a Croatian NGO poised by its commitment to engage in the social process and dialogue of dealing with the past across different social structures. The scope of DOC's work includes developing educational policies for youth involvement in social processes and dialogue about the past, cultivating the culture of memory in Europe, promoting solidarity and nonviolence, and cooperating with European and regional organizations on promoting democratization and human rights. DOC's expertise in areas like youth engagement, memory preservation, and human rights promotion makes it a valuable contributor to the NO-OBLIVION consortium's objectives of raising awareness among younger generations and promoting reconciliation. Centre for Security Studies (CSS)
The Centre for Security Studies (CSS), from Bosnia and Herzegovina, is an independent research, educational and training enterprise dedicated to promoting informed debates and to safeguarding democratic structures and processes, with a particular focus in the region of South-East Europe. CSS has a rich network of external collaborators, especially in the field of security such as the OSCE, DCAF, the EU, as well as with the academic community. Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia (HCHRS)
Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia (HCHRS) is an NGO dedicated to exposing and combating Serbia’s prevalent ideology – nationalism – and minimising the devastating consequences born therein. Through a number of different programs and projects, the NGO’s work rages from the coping with nationalistic prejudice and a culture of violence, to the building of the practically non-existent culture of memory, in an overarching effort to promote regional reconciliation and cooperation. Kosovo Centre of Diplomacy (KCD) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization headquartered in Pristina, Kosovo. In its activity, the KCD contributes to the advancement of Kosovo’s diplomacy, with the goal of improving the international image of the country next to governmental institutions and other public and private institutions.
